Test Bridge SMU is software for controlling Aim-TTi SMU4000 Series Source Measure Units from a Windows® PC.

Version 1.2.0: July 2024 - Bug fix only (no new features)

• Fixed bug where maths isn't queried if in mode that doesn't have a limit (MV/MC).
• Added a test to check all results read from the SMU have either CC or CV set.
• Added destructor to SerialClient to always close the COM port when the client is disposed.
• Fixed issue on Windows with Turkish language locale set
