HA1600A & HA1600 Harmonics Analyzer Firmware V4.02 and PC Software V4.0

This release implements the changes that have been made to the IEC standards since the previous version of the firmware - details are in the release notes in the zip file. The update can be applied to any HA1600, HA1600A or AC2000 of any age.  Instructions for performing the update are also in the release notes.

The zipped archive contains files needed to update the product to version 4.0 firmware including an instruction read-me file and release notes which take precedence over the HA1600A manual where differences exist.

An updated version of HA-PC Link+ software (V4.00) is included in the zip file.
