MX Series Power Supplies, combined LabVIEW Driver and LabWindows CVI Driver V1.2.2

V1.1 only adds support for the MX180TP. MX100TP users do not need to update from V1.0.

V1.2 only adds support for the MX100QP. MX100TP and MX180TP users do not need to update to this version.

V1.2.2 released 4 Jun 2019 fixes a problem with the ConfigureOutputRange function
