TG2511 and TG5011 firmware V1.16

This zip file contains the firmware (.hex) files for version 1.16 of the firmware for TG2511 and TG5011 Arbitrary Function Generators (now superseded by TG2511A/TG5011A).  It also contains full documentation on how to perform the upgrade, as well as changed notes for V1.16.

The current firmware version installed in the generator is shown when the instrument is switched on.
