TGF4000 Series Firmware Update V1.04 - TGF4XX2 models

This zip file contains the firmware (.hex) files for version 1.04 of the firmware for TGF4162 and TGF4242 Function Generators.  The TGF4042 and TG4082 use a different version of this file linked to below.  It also contains a PDF readme file with details on how to perform the upgrade.

  • Version 1.04 fixes a problem where the display would shift occasionally.
  • Version 1.02 and 1.03 fix an issue when GPIB enabling remote interfaces
  • Version 1.01 fixed a firmware problem which prevented both generator channels being triggered simultaneously via remote control.

The current firmware version installed in the generator is shown when the instrument is switched on.
