TG501xA and TG251xA Firmware Update V1.16

This zip file contains the firmware (.hex) files for version 1.15 of the firmware for  TG2511A, TG2512A, TG5011A and TG5012A Arbitrary Function Generators.  It also contains a readme file with documentation on how to perform the upgrade, as well as change notes.

Version 1.11 includes LXI/LAN code updates to fix mDNS network dropout issues.
Version 1.12 fixed an amplitude DAC overflow problem in AM mode.
Version 1.13 changed the calibration procedure for sine amplitude flatness to use an external power meter
Version 1.14 improves the USB command processing speed
Version 1.15: bug fix: AM not working with Square and PRBS waveforms
Version 1.16 fixes a problem with binary transfers over USB

The current firmware version installed in the generator is shown when the instrument is first switched on.
