FX Series DC Supplies - USB Remote Interface
Digital Remote Control
To meet the varying needs of today's
engineers the FX series comes as standard with a USB port which provides
full control of voltage, current, and output on/off, plus read-back of voltage, current and status.
The interface is opto-isolated from the outputs and also provides a means to update the instrument's firmware.
The USB port implements a virtual COM port.
Command Set and IVI Driver
The basic command set for the FX Series is SCPI compatible as with other Aim-TTi power
supplies such as the PL-P, QL-P and CPX-P series.
The full command set is documented at the end of the operation manual.
Control Software
Test Bridge Windows software (free download) can control the FX series over USB.
It enables logging, sequencing and control of up to four products and is compatible with many instruments
from the Aim-TTi range.
